Hôtel Claret Bercy

Great location if visiting the Accor arena especially if arriving via the metro as it’s literally a few meters away. Well placed with lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes catering for all budgets. Rooms are more than adequate, clean and with the windows open quite airy. It was really nice to have a bathtub in bathroom too. Bed was super comfy. Free WiFi was good too.

We arrived in Paris via Flixbus and the location of the hotel was right next to the flixbus station. There is a metro exit right in front of the hotel, and we had no problem going to anywhere using metro. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was really good for the price and I do recommend if you are travelling on a budget but want some comfort.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. They kindly stored my luggage after I had checked out. The location is close to the station, buses, the Seine. Lots of good cafes and restaurants around too.

The position of the hotel close by the metro was excellent. Many Cafés and restaurants to choose from. Double glazing ensured that we were able to sleep without road noises. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The shower,although small was, great. We will return.

The staff member on duty at reception was extremely kind when I booked at checked in at 2am after being stranded at Bercy bus station due to a faulty ticket. They actually had no twin rooms left, what I had booked, but I was upgraded to a double at no additional cost. The staff member also helpfully suggested I could extract a refund from the bus company for my stay and provided me with an invoice to do so. I stayed only a few hours owing to getting in very late and having to take a replacement trip home the next morning, but the bed was comfortable, the bath water hot and there were toiletries provided. Everything was extremely clean.
